We take all efforts to ensure colors of the garment displayed accurately but we cannot guarantee that your equipment’s display will accurately display this. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for the color, texture or detail of the product not being the same as the actual product.

You also need to ensure that no unauthorized persons have access to them as you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. We reserve the right to suspend the site any time to change details, remove any inaccurate material or to perform essential maintenance. We also reserve the right to terminate your use of the website if you breach any of the stated Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by Indie Weaves, who can terminate these Terms at any time without notice, for any reason in connection with the website. In the event of termination, access the site is no longer authorized to you.

Payment Problems

Indie Weaves may offer multiple payment options through various mode(s) for the convenience of the customers. We solely reserve the right to add or remove or modify the terms and conditions for such payment options without prior notice. The usage of any of the above payment options shall at all times be subject to rules, regulations and guidelines under applicable law and those prescribed by RBI, issuer banks, acquiring banks, facility providers and other intermediaries involved in the payment process.

While availing any of the payment method(s) available on the Site, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to lack of authorization for any transaction/s or exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by You and between “Bank/s”, or any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

Indie Weaves may employ Pay U money, PayPal and such other third party facilities, for Payments on the Site. Such payments can be made through the electronic or through Cash on delivery transactions, as may be permitted by Indie Weaves which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Indie Weaves for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. Also for further information on the returns and refunds, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
