Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at http://www.indieweaves.ie/ operated by Indie Weaves Ireland.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your item for a full refund or exchange you can do so within 28 days of the date of purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive, undamaged in any way and the price tags must be intact. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase within 2-3 business days and it may take 2-5 business days for the amount to be reflected in your bank account. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same. After that you can re-order the style you want.

No refunds or returns for items altered.
